- Coat approximately 3-4 pounds of fish
- Rinse fish well in cold water. Shake off excess water.
- Roll fish in Seasoned Fish Fry until coated.
- Deep fry fish at 350 until golden brown.
- Variations: Oysters, shrimp, meat and vegetables can be cooked as shown above. When frying oysters, cut with 50% corn meal or All Natural Fish Fry, as oyters are salty.
